If you do not wish to be bound by these terms then please refrain from using our website. We may also amend these terms from time to time so please make sure you have seen the latest version.

Where you purchase a product, your purchase may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be notified to you when you follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.

Nothing in these terms or any statement appearing on our website affects your statutory legal rights under applicable law insofar as such rights cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or another European Union country, you have a mandatory legal right to cancel your order and return the products to us for any reason without penalty up to thirty days following the date of delivery. Buying products on our website

To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.

Details of the prices for the products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on or through our website. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. The price of any product includes VAT but excludes any delivery charge (which will depend on where you are located. Details of where we deliver are contained in Our Delivery & Returns Policy).

We may make small changes to the appearance or specification of the products supplied which do not materially affect their quality or function. Any accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information made available by us or on our website may be subject to correction without any liability on our part. All statements given by us as to the authenticity, description, age, or condition of products constitute our opinion or opinions of the producer only (except that this shall not operate so as to exclude any liability that we cannot exclude under applicable law).

We take the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.

We do our best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products are correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any products. We will charge credit or debit cards or Paypal account(s) prior to dispatch of the ordered product(s) and may only dispatch the product(s) once relevant funds have cleared. We reserve the right to verify credit or debit card details and carry out such other fraud prevention or credit checks as may be appropriate prior to acceptance or dispatch of your order. We may refuse to complete an order if we have reason to believe that card information or other personal details you give us are incorrect or have been supplied fraudulently.

Discount codes and offers cannot be redeemed on sale or promotional items.

From time to time we will make promotional codes available. Only one code may be used per transaction. We will alert you to additional specific terms which apply to such promotional codes at the relevant time.*

*Current exclusions include but are not limited to Art, Antiques or third-party products on our website.

We warrant that on delivery the products shall:

- Conform in all material respects with their description;

- Be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and

- Be fit for any purpose held out by us on our website.

If you give us notice in writing within a reasonable time of discovery that some or all of the products do not comply with the warranty set out; we are given a reasonable opportunity of examining such products; and you (if asked to do so by us) return such products to our place of business at your cost, we shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective Products, or refund the price of the defective products in full.

We shall not be liable for products' failure to comply with the warranty set out in any of the following events:

- You make any further use of such products after giving notice that they do not comply with the warranty set out.

- The defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the products or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same;

- You alter or repair such Products without our written consent;

- The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions; or

- The products differ from their description as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

Except as provided herein, we shall have no liability to you in respect of the products' failure to comply with the warranty set out.

The terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these Terms.

These Terms shall apply to any repaired or replacement products supplied by us.

Customers Own Material (COM)

Every care is taken with customer's fabric, however we are unable to accept any liability for fabric delivered damaged. Please ensure your shipment is fully insured and request 'proof of delivery' from your carrier. In some cases it is difficult to identify the face of the fabric and many are reversible. Unless otherwise indicated we will presume the fabric face is rolled on the inside. Pattern matching will be at our discretion unless otherwise specified. All fabric must be accompanied with a Test Certificate to comply with the Furniture and Furnishing (Fire Safety) regulations 1988 (UK Customers). We are unable to accept any responsibility for any delay in your order if fabric is received without this document. When sending us fabrics, please ensure they meet the legal requirements. If you have any doubts, please consult your supplier. We cannot use fabric that fail the cigarette and pass the match test or that pass the cigarette test and fail the match test and have less that 75% natural fibres. We can use fabrics that pass the cigarette and match test of that pass the cigarette test and fail the match test and have over 75% natural fibres when used with an interliner.

Fabric Calculations

The quantity of fabric required quoted on the product pages is calculated on plain fabric with a width of 140cm. Narrower fabric may require extra material - Please contact us for confirmation.

Handmade Furniture Dimensions 

All dimensions are approximate and given in good faith, our furniture is handmade by craftsmen and women and not engineered, therefore no two pieces are identical. Please allow a tolerance of 4cm.

Our products

You must pay for the Products by credit, debit card or by Paypal at the time of the order, at which time you will be notified of the current price (which includes VAT).

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ('Confirmation') to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order by the date set out in the Confirmation. We may amend any errors in pricing referred to on the website and we will contact you if this happens.

To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to You, You will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

Reselling of products

Please note that all products available on our website are for personal use only as a consumer. You may not advertise, sell or resell any of the products in connection with a business.

We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders where we believe you are breaching any of the above Terms.

Modifications to website product lines

We reserve the right to alter or suspend any aspect of our website or the content or discontinue product lines available through it, including your access to it. Unless stated otherwise, any new features including new content, and/or the sale of new products shall be subject to these Terms.

Whilst we will endeavour to make sure products are in stock, all advertised products are made available for purchase subject to availability and we cannot be liable if a particular product is not available. We will endeavour to inform you if any product you have ordered is no longer available and refund any money you have previously paid.

Information you provide

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process. You must also read our Privacy Policy which contains important information about the use of your personal information and other information regarding your privacy.

You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website by us or our sub-contractors. If you obtain or choose to buy products through our website then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as e-mails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these Terms as "Personal Information";

You must ensure that the Personal Information you provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain your correct name, address and other requested details.

Personal Use - Unless otherwise stated, text on our website is presented solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use.

Compliance with Law - We make no representations that the materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK.

International Delivery

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and you will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied and for any handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.

Please note that these customs or import duties are charged once the consignment reaches its destination country.

Any charges on a consignment must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country it is advisable that you check with your local customs office what these current charges are before you order.

All notices shall be given:

- To you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during any ordering process.

Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days after the date of posting.

Replacement

These terms replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of our website and you acknowledge that these Terms supersede and cancel all previous contracts, agreements and arrangements whether oral or written, express or implied, with you. These Terms prevail over any other terms or conditions of sale or purchase contained in or referred to elsewhere or implied by trade, custom or course of dealing.

Discount codes

Offers cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion and are not applicable on sale items. The discounts cannot be used on giftcards, art, antiques or third party products our website.

Social Media

We love hearing about your ANBÔISE purchases and reposting our favourites to our social media channels. To alert us of your post, upload your photo tagging @anboise_official or #MyAnboiseHome. If your photo is chosen by our team, you will receive a direct message from our official account asking for your permission to publish your photo under the #MyAnboiseHome hashtag. Please reply with #YesAnboise to give your full consent, agreeing to our T&CS below and Privacy Policy.

You retain the legal ownership of any photo that you upload. However, in order for us to repost your photo you grant to Anboise a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable licence to use the photo. We can use the photo on our webpages and for any use in our advertising, marketing and promotional materials without compensation or prior notice using any media or distribution methods. We may use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish, or create derivative works at our sole discretion.

If your photo is chosen, your username will be displayed alongside content re-posted by us. By submitting your photo, you grant us the right to use your username, real name, image, caption or other identifying information in connection with the use of any of your photos displayed on our channels. By agreeing to these T&Cs, you are consenting to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting your photo, you warrant and represent that (i) you own the rights to the photo or, if the photo is subject to third party rights, that you have all required licenses, rights, consents and permissions to publish the photo and grant the necessary rights, and (ii) you are over 18 years of age.
